“Housekeeping and replenishment of coffee pods nonexistent!”
Made reservations for dinner two months in advance and still had to wait 30 minutes for a table until we complained that other people waiting were walking in ahead of us. “Great location. Iconic hotel but very old. Food is pretty bad.”
This is an interesting hotel to walk through with lots of history and an amazing location right next to Old Faithful and near most of the other geyser areas. Parking is fairly easy as well. “Better than expected”
After reading the awful reviews, we were reluctant to book this hotel but the experience actually exceeded our expectations. The geyser facing suite provided amazing views. Yes, the room is dated but that is part of the charm. Location is the best and saves you a lot of time traveling in the car. T… lisää
