“Location, care and help”

Helpful, friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Spotless room, everything you need - fridge , microwave, cook top and dishwasher. Great location, handy to restaurants, cafes and bars and beach front. Iconic coastal walkway is just a step away. Reserved parking available. Excellent!!!

“Disappointed”

Nothing major to complain about, mostly feeling disappointed because we have not had any response to the list of concerns I handed to the front desk. Location - exactly what we wanted - handy to everything. Cleanliness - dirty towel left behind bathroom door, otherwise fine - 3 empty soap & shampo… lisää

Nothing major to complain about, mostly feeling disappointed because we have not had any response to the list of concerns I handed to the front desk. Location - exactly what we wanted - handy to everything. Cleanliness - dirty towel left behind bathroom door, otherwise fine - 3 empty soap & shampoo containers in the shower (check before you get wet) - the tissue box had 3 tissues in it and obviously needed replacing. The kitchen tap was practically falling off. there were no dessert spoons, the numbers on the bedside clock didn't work and the buttons on the microwave had had the words cleaned off so it was guess work to use. The secure parking we asked for was not secure but it was available for $20 per night.
