“Great find in lovely location!”
Wow! Beautiful apartment exceeded expectations and reviews. Clean, beautiful, private, quiet. Every detail was thoughtful right down to bathroom amenities. Lovely view from the deck of the bay. Comfortable bed and linens. Perfect for a couple get away with easy access to town and activities.

“Luxury in Paihia”
Perfect location & base for our first trip to Bay of Islands . Paihia has a great selection of bars & restaurants and Sanctuary Palms is walking distance from the main centre. Lovely, spacious apartment. Very convenient to Paihia and with views over bay. Easy to access Paihia ferries, and walk or shuttle to Waitangi treaty ground. “A Gem In A Sea of Average”
We were in the Pacifica apartment and it lived up to expectations. The decor was a cut above the norm, with such detail taken to enhance the 'pacific' theme. “Good for visiting the Bay of Islands area”
Lovely location, high up so a nice view down to the bay. Steep, steep drive up to the property and parking was a bit tight. Small work surface area in the kitchen part but we coped. Enormous spa bath, more like a swimming pool. Very comfortable bed
