“I can recommend”
Literally 1 minute slow walk and we were on the shore where so many boats were moored in the setting sun. Hosts friendly and helpful. Accommodation well maintained and cosey too. Beds with electric blanket very comfortable. Shower and bathroom excellent. Well proportioned kitchen and functional.

“Ten out of ten”
Despite a slightly dated facade, this was one of the best motels i have stayed in. The unit had a separate bedroom with two very comfy singles, then a lovely queen by the couch and a spare chair. “Beachside Sunnyvale motel the place to relax and enjoy”

“Comfortable and welcoming”
I was passing through on my way to Wellington and overnighting in Picton before catching the ferry. I was met on arrival here and the room was warm and nicely set up in anticipation of my arrival. “Thoughtful”
We so appreciated the thought and care that has gone into the renovations and modernising. The welcome was all round terrific too. Good bed, new shower, quiet and comfortable. Really good nights’ sleep too! Minutes from the bay! Highly recommend this!
