“Wonderful Stay in Kapiti Gateway Motel”

“Lovely place to stay”
We absolutely loved staying here! Frances and John were so welcoming when we arrived and the room was great. Clean and well thought through, with some nice touches like the selection of teas and complimentary milk, and lots of local info. The spa was very welcome after a 10k walk to Waikanae Beach… lisää

“Family visit to Waikanei”
Great Motel and convenient location for a family visit. New Host John friendly and helpful. Unit clean and comfortable. Plenty of TV channels. We will definitely be back. There is a pool but we did not use it. Parking outside unit ideal. Main road close but we were not aware of any street noise, … lisää

“The best in Waikanae”
I only stayed one night the room was value for money, clean tidy and had a comfortable bed. I would happily stay there again next time we are in town. The owners were more than helpful, nothing was a problem and showed a genuine interest in my stay in Waikanae.

“Motel was very clean and comfortable BUT spoilt by unacceptable noise.”
Guests’ cars are parked directly in front of and below the rooms. Unfortunately, we had the Jowett Car Club staying when we were there. They were so inconsiderate. Warming up their cars at 7.00 am and revving them. Then yelling to each other over the noise. Then came their female companions walking… lisää
