“Awesome”
What a great place to stay. Great location for easy access all around Whanganui. Well maintained and cleaned rooms, a little road noise but provided earplugs to help with that. We didn't need them though. The little welcome gifts of chippies etc was icing on the cake. They handled our huge group of… lisää

“Great motel”
The welcome we got at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable and there have been some upgrades. There were some snacks in the room and I used the laundry which was free. Plenty of parking. Great location and we would definitely stay there again.

“Hospitable kind and well maintained ”
The motel is one of the cleanest and tidiest I’ve been to. The owner was helpful and a lovely person. The location is within easy reach of Whanganui. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for your great hospitality

“Handy but not quiet”
At short notice we had to find accommodation in Wanganui for a ex work colleagues funeral so a quick hunt online showed Gateway Motor Lodge handy to where we needed to be on a Saturday morning.
