“Excellent - our best motel in New Zealand!”
The Birchwood Manor Motel is the best motel we have stayed at in New Zealand. Starting with a friendly and helpful welcome on reception we found our upstairs room to be outstanding. “Good value stay”
Clean, tidy, with a friendly host. Good sized room, comfortable bed and seating. Really good value. Town about 1 km walk. TripAdvisor seem to have a minimum 200 word review requirement. Not sure why. What else do you need to know? I appreciate that sometimes a longer review is helpful but not … lisää

“Awesome”
The rooms were clean and beds were comfy on the singke units. Spacious. Great shower. Great heaters which we needed the first night! Was surprised how quiet the place was in terms of noise considering it is on Tay street. Will certainly be back as staff were very accomdating with us.

“Great stay in central Invercargill.”
Very clean and tidy. Generous sized room. If staying for three days or more would be very comfortable. Sheets and beds of wood quality and heating very effective and self controllable radiators… essential in Winter. “Good quality motel - great location”
The reception was friendly and helpful, room was well laid out and clean and the location perfect for access to the Civic Theatre - where were were going to a show. there is off-street parking and the amenities - while basic - were all that was needed. We will stay again.
