“Cute little hotel”
Darling little hotel and great value for the money. A very kind person named Lynn checked us in. I highly recommend this place. Very clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay.

“Great place to stay for our family!”
We really enjoyed our stay at Colonial Motel for our first visit to Invercargill! We are a family of 6 and it was wonderful they had a unit big enough to fit us all in! “Quiet, spacious units”
Very spacious and well- equipped, with a kitchenette featuring hotplate, microwave oven, appliances and adequate cookware. The bathroom was spotless, as was the unit. The layout would be suitable for three people and was spacious enough to accommodate luggage etc. Definitely somewhere I would recom… lisää

“Awesome”
A Lovely clean and spacious unit, comfy beds with electric blankets, amazing shower with great water pressure and very warm with a heat pump.
