“Excellent”
Staff were very friendly. Room was massive, and clean. Beds are super comfortable. Highly recommend this motel! One of the best we’ve stayed in!

“Cute little hotel”
Darling little hotel and great value for the money. A very kind person named Lynn checked us in. I highly recommend this place. Very clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Colonial Motel for our first visit to Invercargill! We are a family of 6 and it was wonderful they had a unit big enough to fit us all in! Well located motel, friendly receptionist, very clean, tidy and well-appointed unit. Reasonable tariff.
