“Accommodation just 15 minutes from Franz Josef Glacier”
Booked two nights for a ground floor room and upon arrival (in the rain) found that our room did not have twin beds that were requested. “Awesome Customer Service”
Whilst I did not stay there, the customer service in assisting with a gift basket for family that were staying at the establishment was fantastic!! My family was overwhelmed with what was prepared and I was truly grateful. Thank you Celina, awesome customer service!

“Wonderful Lodging in Franz Josef”
My wife and I spent two nights here and loved the place. The room was very nice and the staff very pleasant and helpful. “Great accommodation in a convenient location”

“Nice stay.”
We had a studio room with a kitchenette and nice outdoor balcony in a rain forest setting. The room was nice and big and we had plenty of room for all our travelling gear.
