“Excellent scenery”
Stayed 2 nights located in the centre of Franz Josef, well appointed, clean, parking outside. Local restaurants and helo flights available to view scenery

“Comfortable and close to town”
Clean and comfortable, less than 100m away from the main street with all the shops and eateries, I'd be happy to stay there again

Absolutely amazing host's , very caring and attentive and welcoming 10/10 . cost is very good 10/10 Very quiet and private Place is very clean and tidy 10/10 Lovely views 10/10 close to all restaurants and cafes Highly recommend this place in winter

“Another Great Stay at The Terrace”
Another very good visit at The Terraces. Love the location with easy walking distance to explore everything in Franz Josef. Room is very large you park in front of the room so very easy to move luggage in/out. Large bath and walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for the NZ$ … lisää

“Keep looking or driving”
Ok to stay but dated old rooms whenever older beds. Nothing at all special other than next door to basically the only restaurant in village. I would not stay again for the money. It’s worth half the price at best. Listings sounds great reality quite different
