“Excellent Customer Service”
We travelled with a group of 44 people and stayed in 3 major cities of Uzbekistan. I must admit that customer service in this hotel was outstanding. “Reasonable hotel in a busy tourist city.”

“This hotel is fine, not outstanding”
A good hotel in the center of town. The beds are hard, the wi-fi very spasmodic and usually poor. The showers are very good. Staff are helpful and the decor is very good.
