A small property, beautiful sittings by the water to relax; have breakfast, lunch, dinner. We stayed in Garden villa. A small property, beautiful sittings by the water to relax; have breakfast, lunch, dinner. We stayed in Garden villa. Room is good, has a small balcony in front of the room, we kept the blinder closed as it is on the way to pool, lobby etc. There is a refrigerator, coffee machine in the room. Provided water, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap. Did not provide room key, they mentioned it is safe. We had no issue but it was always in my mind that room is open. Shower head needs to be fixed, water holes are disproportionate, takes long time to wash shampoo, soap; water doesn’t drain well. We had dinner - Nasi Goreng, fish taco wrap, cucumber and sashimi, food is good. Checkin & checkout was efficient. During the checkin they provide a form to fill out the credit card info, including CVV code, we did not provide the info in writing and tapped card end of the night for the day expenses. Staffs are friendly, helpful and cordial. They keep this small place lively.

“Great fishing great stay”

Had an amazing time with Ocean Blue and staying at Trees and Fishes. We chased some yellowfin and marlin, managing to raise one marlin but couldn’t get him to strike, but still got some nice eating sized tuna which was great fun. Had an amazing time with Ocean Blue and staying at Trees and Fishes. We chased some yellowfin and marlin, managing to raise one marlin but couldn’t get him to strike, but still got some nice eating sized tuna which was great fun. Switched to jigging for dogtooth tuna next trip out and got some great fish. Dogtooth, coronation trout and jobfish. We had Alex as our captain who worked constantly to put us on some fish. Was always happy to switch tactics and give you as much or as little help as you needed. The boat was well equipped but we brought our own gear for a lot of what we did which was no problems. One of the most enjoyable things was when you came back to the Trees and Fishes resort the menu was structured around what fish had been caught recently and you could enjoy amazing meals with super fresh fish and local ingredients. We took a day to also head out on the pontoon boat which stopped on a few spots to snorkel the reef. Saw plenty of healthy coral, clownfish and some nice sized red bass amongst many others. Staff were all fantastic and the low key but attentive style made it super welcoming and comfortable. Another cool thing was the flight over was only a few hours from home in Queensland makes it a pretty cool getaway where you get a proper culture change but so close! Can’t wait to hopefully come again👌

“Best Ever Fish and Chips”

We visited for lunch and had a fantastic meal. We watched the fish being cleaned when it came in from the boats and then taken straight to the restaurant. “Great trip”

Had an awesome time, friendly service and staff did everything to make the stay great. The location, atmosphere and fishing was very enjoyable. Sammy the skipper kept things very entertaining and got me on to my first marlin. Highly recommend 👌
