“Very nice”

Very confortable hotel, big room, big toilets, clean, people friendly. I raccomend it. Breakfast really delicious starting early in the morning. Small but accurate spa and position just in front of the river - good for runners

Tom River Plaza sits overlooking the Tom River and its wide upper and lower strolling promenades. My room was very clean, and had a modern, very functional design. The river view room was spacious, with a comfortable firm bed and perfect weight duvet, a good sized desk, and an easy to figure out climate control system which included air conditioning. There were ample electrical outlets. There was good water pressure in the shower, plenty of hot water, reasonably good lighting for the bathroom mirror, and ample closet space. The sizable variety of foods on the breakfast buffet served Russian, European, and American selections of eggs, breads, vegetables, meats and cheeses, and fruit and pastries. Plus dessert - how civilized! The dining room overlooked the river for excellent ambience. There is also a private dining room that will seat ten comfortably. The front desk staff was well trained, spoke English and were helpful and friendly. Making copies of passports was time consuming, but overall the hotel gets an enthusiastic yes from me.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in the early spring. It was a good experience. We had a reasonably compact room with a wonderful view of the Tom River and river promenade. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well fitted out (no bath). The only reason I have not … lisää

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in the early spring. It was a good experience. We had a reasonably compact room with a wonderful view of the Tom River and river promenade. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well fitted out (no bath). The only reason I have not given a 5 rating is that we did not have any hot water on the last night but did not bother to follow up on it as we had a very early plane flight. The room was very warm (as we Australians find in many Russian buildings) but the window could be opened to let in cool air. The food in the restaurant was good quality and the range of food options and the time duration for breakfast were also impressive (opens early enough for people on the very early flights to Moscow to eat). The restaurant and bar areas had a very pleasant and sunny view over the river. The front desk and concierge staff were pleasant and helpful and it was possible always for us to communicate in English at some level.

I consider this is the best hotel in Kemerovo. If u r going to visit - u should definitely choose this one. I have some questions about the service (don’t worry, it’s just because I’ve seen a lot), but I think this is because they don’t feel any competition- they r obviously the best and the only … lisää
