“the best hotel in town with the half town size))”

the rooms are ok and it provides all kinds of attractions so you dont need to go outside at all restaurants,cinemas,shops,bars,restaurants - everything is here. poor breakfast. so if you are going to Orel - the best stay is here for sure.

Stayed here on a business trip & I could not fault it. My room was very large & very clean. Breakfast was everything you could wish for, it is also priced very well with a host of amenities on the doorstep.

Good hotel and adequate service. Very conventient mall and plenty of choice for restaurants compensate distance from city center. English communication is OK at reception, issue in all other areas. May be noisy on weekend nights (from the night clubs in the complex).

Rooms are large size and clean, beds comfortable, breakfast satisfying. Our heating did not work and it was a bit cold at night. However, minibar selection was unusual.

“Nice for the price”

Its definitely a nice hotel for the area and the price you pay. BUT, its so far far far away from the hotel monsters located in the bigger cities. If you want your room to be cleaned - you need to put the sign on the door: “to clean my room”- like thats not what the hotel people usually do.. not sure. But with or without the sign- I saw no difference. They also don’t wash your dirty mugs from tea or coffee- even tho its so clear that you are not gonna drink from that mug again and it needs to be washed. Three stars for trying to be good.
