“The Sibir or the Forum Hotel? It doesn't really matter...”
There is a bit of confusion over which hotel is which - they share the same building and reception area but not desk. “Friendliest & most helpful service we've experienced! And a solid hotel to boot.”
This little hotel is a solid choice in Tomsk. It is cheaper than its competitors, centrally located, and has the kindest and most accommodating staff we have met anywhere. “Good. Nothing redundant.”
Stuff is good, room is clean and cozy. Water pressure in a shower is really good, I felt it like a massage =). Slippers, shower gel, shave, toothbrush, great set of towels. No robe but I didn't feel a lack of it..

Great hotel with some old world charm, good facilities and centrally located. The room was perfectly clean, good size and very comfortable with good wifi, though the bed was a bit soft for my liking. “Wonderful experience”
As a last minute "do you have a spare room??" booking we weren't expecting much but we're pleasantly surprised!! Friendly staff who spoke adequate English and were keen to help.
