“Grand Hotel, Great Food, needs a little customer focus”

The Hotel is 15 minutes from the Airport and is based in a larger amusement area. The hotel is quite impressive to look at and the rooms were pretty nice with most things I needed. The Hotel is 15 minutes from the Airport and is based in a larger amusement area. The hotel is quite impressive to look at and the rooms were pretty nice with most things I needed. The reception staff spoke very little English and some of my basic requests were not understood. I did not like the fact my passport was kept overnight. The restaurant was nothing to look at compared to the rest of the Hotel, but the food was delicious and I would highly recommend it. The check out was a pain, as the communication was difficult and I had to pay for hotel, Bar and Restaurant all separately. The hotel looks impressive but I think a little training in customer care and some basic hotel functioning could make this hotel easily a five star.

This new hotel is part of an amusement park... Very much away from the city centre... But closer to airport. The hotel is opulent, rooms are quite large... But no lifts. “Luxury even in Russian standards”

I stayed here for two nights. The rooms are very spacious cca 30sqm, well decorated. bed, bathroom, TV Wifi all on highest level. Hotel has a conference rooms, restaurant and wellness with sauna and pool which I have unfortunately no time to use but will do next time. Breakfast acceptable, food c… lisää

I stayed here for two nights. The rooms are very spacious cca 30sqm, well decorated. bed, bathroom, TV Wifi all on highest level. Hotel has a conference rooms, restaurant and wellness with sauna and pool which I have unfortunately no time to use but will do next time. Breakfast acceptable, food caters more for locals, Russian omeletts with no taste...no espresso but one can still find something. pancakes were good in the end. Only disadvantage of this hotel i was able to find is lack of elevator. If you travel with heavy laguage be prepared for few fligts of stairs. Girls at the reception have no command of english or german.
