We booked this hotel in Russia from the United States months before a trip. When we arrived at the hotel we realized we were too far from where we needed to be in the city and that without a car it wouldn't work. We booked this hotel in Russia from the United States months before a trip. When we arrived at the hotel we realized we were too far from where we needed to be in the city and that without a car it wouldn't work. We explained our mistake to the front desk and though we were beyond the cancellation point, they allowed us to cancel without a fee which was very generous and understanding. The property was spotless and we were disappointed not to be able to stay there.

“Good hotel ”

The hotel is new the rooms big and clean. Buffet breakfast is served at tje restaurant and at the ground floor there is also a pub. Free wifi. Outside big private parking. I appreciated the politeness of the staff. Good rates.

I've been staying there for 2 nights only, but found the hotel good enough for my taste. First of I would like say about the staff - they are friendly: the receptionists gave smiles for me every time when I were passing the reception, the cleaning staff said "Hello" in the holes, the barmen in the restaurant made a conversation with me when I'd been seating i the bar for some time. I din't tray they English level, I am sure you could find an English speaking person there. But there was hot in room because there is no aircon or ventilator in the room.

Had spent a night while on road trip. The hotel is big, but staff can barely handle check-in. We were in a group and the checking in took hours, even a query on wifi can create confusion.
