From the arrival to the check out, all personnel was extremely polite, helpful and eager to solve any problem, fulfill any request and make you feel comfortable. Security was strict but you could hardly feel you were being taken care of. Cleanliness was neat in all areas but particularly in the room. Spacious room, comfortable king size bed, central A/C at the right temperature, good quality free wi-fi signal in all areas. The structure of the building is a 50+ years old architecture but it is so well maintained that it is irrelevant. Maybe that is the reason why the rooms are so spacious with a ceiling higher than modern constructions. I like that sensation of not being crushed by a low ceiling, There are two restaurants, Los Caneyes which I did not visited and a more informal one, the Makaby where my friends and I used to have the included generous, varied and tasteful breakfast buffet, We also used to have dinner there, just by the pool. One evening I did not feel well and requested a soup which is not part of its menu. The attendant brought me what I asked for from its competitor Los Caneyes. That is why I say all personnel strive to please you in every request. I did not use the pool nor the jacuzzi but my friends did, and enjoyed them for hours every evening. Next time I will have to stay in Maracay, I will cerntainly book a room at the Hotel Pipo International.

“Cleanliness fun pleasant environment”

The hotel is very great standard in Venezuela. The rooms were clean with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Friendly service, good restaurant and a small water park included! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I recommend. :-))
