“Simple, clean, save”
To skip long bus hours until Caracas we stopped in Maracaibo for one night and stayed in Cumberland Hotel. The city isn't pretty so we slept and left next morning but it was good enough to rest, eat (includes a buffet breakfast), get help from locals to exchange dollars and talk with some Venezuela… lisää

“Very simple, but clean!”
This is an old building Hotel in Maracaibo city. Very clean rooms. It's perfect if you're looking to crash the night in a not so expensive place. They have room service, breakfast and free wifi in all rooms.

“Somewhere to stay for a night”
This place is not too bad but I wouldn't recommend a long stay Positives: Price (reasonable even at the official exchange rate), room and bathroom was pretty clean, tv in the room, bookable online (many places in Venezuela don't seem to be and its necessary for the visa on arrival to have the booki… lisää
