Good location. You can book the room to wait for the train. Just cross the street to reach train station and airport shuttle bus. Staff: 10/10 Breakfast: 10/10 for me. Room: tidy and clean. I love the laundry self-service, cheap and convenient.

Thuy in reception is very kind, polite, accommodating & always with a smile. Nice hotel, clean & accessible. However you can hear the cars & the train station early morning if you are not a deep sleeper.

It’s a fairly nice Hilton, it was my first time staying at a Tru by Hilton and it met all my expectations. It’s a fairly nice Hilton, it was my first time staying at a Tru by Hilton and it met all my expectations. I’m a diamond member and sadly for my stay I booked the wrong dates as I had just finished the Ha Giang Loop. The gentleman on the frond desk was nice and helped me book for the remaining days I’ve missed and all was sorted, and was given an upgrade. The bar was technically 24 hours if you ask politely to get a drink or snack at the bar late at night. They had good snacks options for late night munchies. The hotel is located in a very good location with train street not far from the hotel and many attractions. The breakfast was decent not the best you just get the standards and it’s enough to fill you up in the morning. On to the room it’s self, it’s very Morden and clean the bed is very comfortable just like all Hilton’s I’ve been too and the shower was also very good too, you don’t have tea making facilities or coffee in the room but downstairs at the lobby you can get it for free. (Not coffee) there was plenty of charging points in the room but not near the TV as I wanted to connect my Amazon fire stick to watch Netflix and YouTube but not an issue it was still not a big deal I had my laptop. The TV is basically useless. There isn’t any room service but you could expect that from other Hilton’s that are like Tru or Hampton or Home2 but not a big deal Vietnam is cheap and I just ordered food off grab. My big plus was they had an affordable laundry room that was very well needed after I finished the Ha Giang loop as I had a lot of laundry, they do provide the laundry detergent but that’s not a big deal either you could always pop down to a store near by and buy small sachets of laundry detergent. All in all it was a comfortable stay the staff are friendly and I would definitely stay. It’s great if you are a Hilton member too as it’s cheap and you can get your points and stays up. 6/10
