Me and my wife booked a room for few nights before flying back home and totally felt in love with this serene Hotel! It locates right next to the Old town that will takes 15 mins by foot so it's not too far, but it's so quiet and peaceful unlike the central area. There are some Michelin nominated restaurant around this area which is a good find, especially recommended Pho Tien that is right next to the Hotel and they serves delicious pho soup. The pool & the sky bar is worth a visit as they have Happy hour in the evening during Sunset time with a stunning view! All the staff from the Restaurant, Housekeeping, Bell man have been nothing but helpful during our few days here, but the Front Desk staffs are none like any place I've ever been. It's Annie & her team that are very eager to make our stay perfect as to help us order a box of cosmetic from a shop for my daughter back home that we couldn't find anywhere while we were here. And when they know we will be leaving at 5am the next day, the staffs immediately offer to prepare a take-away breakfast box even before we have to ask! It's good to see their smile every time they welcomed us back to the Hotel. Thank you everyone, we have a wonderful stay and will be back to you if we ever decide to be back to Vietnam!

“Great accommodation”

I have a group tour with Luxury Escape but I arrived later than the group because of some trouble with my visa. But the staff here is really welcoming so I feel much better after that. “Best accommodation going around. Customer service second to none”

Great service and an amazing place. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff were amazing from when they carried our bags into the Hotel to advising us with the must see places. Overall I couldn’t fault this experience and I recommend anyone to stay here to get the same experience we have!

“Beautiful place to stay”

Christian was very welcoming and informative. He helped us with where to go and the best places to see. His service was excellent. The hotel is beautiful inside and out from the moment you step out of the car. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again!
