If I could rate above a 10/10, I would. I like reading thorough reviews, so I’ll be leaving one... stick with me here; There are not enough good things to say about the Wink Saigon Center & the staff who work here. We bounced around to a few other less than favorable stays in Ho Chi Minh City before stumbling upon this gem… and now I never have to search for a hotel when visiting this city again because I found THE ONE for us haha. - CHECK IN is actually a very convenient process AND the 24hr concept is something I wish more hotels would adopt! Your stay is literally 24hrs from the time of your check in: you check in at 10am, you leave at 10am, etc. Pretty cool & convenient, depending on how you’re traveling. They stored our 6large luggage’s for us while we went and explored other cities in the country for a couple days.. came back and everything was still waiting for us at no extra charge. There is always someone around in the lobby to help you, but there’s also a “contactless” check in with tablets that you can do yourself. Trinh , Nih, the bartenders/baristas- ALL of the staff were so wonderful. Seriously top notch service, in my opinion(we witnessed some.. less than lovely.. people making things difficult at one point and they handled it like pros). — LOCATION was very convenient for us. Many things right within walking distance and only about a 10min Grab ride to many of the touristy spots & famous food. Banh mi, hair/nail salon, Italian food, traditional Vietnamese & coffee all within a 2 minute walk (though if being honest, you don’t even need to leave the hotel to get great food/coffee/drinks) — CLEANLINESS is 5/5. This is a hotel, so there’s small scuffs on the white walls in the rooms, but otherwise perfectly clean enough for us. The lobby smells very nice with whatever signature scent they use. Even the plants next to the elevator are dust free ( they looked so shiny to me one day so I had to touch to see if they were fake- they are real. And they were dust free). —THE ROOMS are small. No sugar coating that one. This isn’t the place to book one room for one or two people then try to squeeze in your other two friends. But, there was still enough room for use to have our 6 luggage’s in the room with us and two open at any given time. Two complimentary bottles of water provided daily and they are SEALED. Basic toiletries provided (toothbrush/paste, cotton swabs). Bathroom is shower only, but I like my water from hell and it was hot enough for me. Water pressure decent. No complaints here. — BREAKFAST was complimentary and I was so pleased with it. I’d say there are a few more Asian food options vs. western, but there’s an omelette/made to order egg station, and we experienced days with a Pho station (the beef broth was SO good) and a make-your-own banh mi station. Bacon, pastries, toast, cereal, yogurt station, fresh juices/tea.. and OF COURSE .. (maybe the most important) the Vietnamese coffee station haha. - WiFi was easy to connect to (and stay connected) - the lobby bar is open 24/7, with long happy hours (must try their signature drinks) - they have plenty of snacks and instant noodle flavors for purchase in the lobby area .. not sure what I’m forgetting, but only great memories from Wink Saigon. I’ll be back here next time I’m in town.

The best hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, they allowed dogs and provided excellent service. Special thanks to Nhi, the staff member, who was very responsive and friendly.

Nice cute modern hotel in a nice location. The hotel has high volume of residents constantly coming and going. The rooms are though v small and compact. The idea perhaps is to sleep in the room and work in the cafe or lobby. The hotel still does not provide coffee or tea sachets in the room while e… lisää

Pros: - Great value considering the price paid as breakfast is included for all guests. - Room size is on the smaller side but very thoughtfully designed with all the required amenities. - Having been to many hotels with inconsistent shower temperature or weak water pressure, the shower here is g… lisää

Pros: - Great value considering the price paid as breakfast is included for all guests. - Room size is on the smaller side but very thoughtfully designed with all the required amenities. - Having been to many hotels with inconsistent shower temperature or weak water pressure, the shower here is good with consistent shower temperature and strong water pressure. - Gym was fairly well equipped and modern, enough for a rookie like myself to just shed some calories. - Hotel operates on a 24 hour room charge basis, allowing maximum value depending on your flight schedule. This means you could check in at 9pm and check out at 9pm the following day. Cons: - I booked 3 nights and arrived at approximately 4am to check in due to a 6.5 hours flight delay. The hotel labelled me as No Show for the first night. I felt this was inappropriate as i still paid for the full 3 nights and i arrived at approximately 4am which i would assume still counts as the previous night stay. This caused me to lose 1 night of qualifying status night with Hyatt. I did feedback to the reception but they could not do anything about it.
