Hilton diamond members can have free breakfast buffet and free happy hour dinner in Seta restaurant. This hotel delivered free tickets for Kiss of the Sea show to guests. Pool was spacious and well-appointed.

We checked in was given welcome drinks & some basic information Shown to our room on 4th floor you get use to the levels quickly too We was in a king capri room with lovely view of kissing bridge that we booked early via Agoda Lovely spacious room excellent shower everything you need was there and of course we had the whirlpool on the balcony with the view which we wanted we could see the fireworks from the show too Even tho we purchased kissing bridge show tickets also due to the miss leading Information sheet that give you It’s a very large hotel with several levels but you do get used to it swimming pools to which there is plenty of choice too nice touch complementary water is Avaiable and beach towel. Breakfast was very busy but well organise and was shown to a lovely table. Staff were very attentive. Excellent choice, lovely Amazing coffee & crêpe Station very impress Really good quality breakfast this was our 3rd hotel in Vietnam Location brilliant just felt that customer service let us down on this occasion Compared to other hotels we visited Having said that it was the second largest of Hotel’s Wouldn’t put us off returning Things can improved, I’m sure Just was lack of communication on a few things. Excellent room & comfortable bed with a good night sleep perfect excellent breakfast. We used lovely spa down the road Hanz which was great fantastic hot stones massage & hair treatments too great happy hours. Used grab to Khem beach which wasn’t far too Both show was amazing Fantastic fireworks too Hotel offers lovely view from the bar for symphony of the sea Excellent location for the shows & cable cars next door 😊

Just finished our second stay at this beautiful hotel and whilst last year the stay was great, this year it was even better. As a Diamond member we were upgraded to a beautiful room in the new wing of the hotel where the service was outstanding. Where this hotel stands out from the rest is their constant drive to provide outstanding service and the person setting those standards is Ms Hong the Director of Operations who is very visible around the hotel, hands on and very approachable. The hotel provides excellent value for money and there is lots to do nearby to keep you entertained should you wish to venture out of the hotel. The great service starts with a very welcoming email from the Guest Relations Manager and everything from there on just flows seamlessly. Two stand out members of staff are Ms Bich and Ms Vy who work in The Merchant and Finca restaurants. If you are looking for a hotel that provides the wow factor along with exceptional service and great value for money, then look no further than La Festa, having spent 17 nights so far at La Festa we can’t wait to return next year, this time for a much longer stay.

“Luna folk”

Very nice and clean . The staff is very supportive and I visited the Luna Folk Jazz Club and the saxophone was very nice there
