My family and I recently stayed at the Riverside Resort and Spa and had a fantastic stay there, perfectly set up for a family. The staff are so kind and attentive, lovely rooms, great food (especially the Buffet breakfast), huge outdoor pool with loungers, bikes to ride into town and magic spa treatments! Highly recommend if you're travelling with a family, we had the interconnecting rooms and was perfect for our family of 4.

“Great hotel beautiful location”

Stayed 5 nights as part of a south to north Vietnam experience. Was upgraded from a garden view to Riverside which meant our balcony was on the edge of the river. Stayed 5 nights as part of a south to north Vietnam experience. Was upgraded from a garden view to Riverside which meant our balcony was on the edge of the river. The staff in this hotel are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they direct you a beach resort where sunbeds are available to their guests free of charge. Bikes for hire are available free of charge however limited number so would recommend you book a day in advance Pool area is lovely however it could benefit from more sunbed mattresses. Two bar areas one owned by hotel that offers happy hour 11-5. The bar area near the river is separately owned and open most evenings to 11pm Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Sadly tea in the rooms is green tea and coffee decaffeinated. No breakfast tea available in room or breakfast room therefore if you want it take your own Wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again and Hoi An was my favourite resort during my visit.

The pillows were the fluffiest we have ever experinced and the sheets were top quality and were changed every 2 days! The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent. The pillows were the fluffiest we have ever experinced and the sheets were top quality and were changed every 2 days! The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent. The grounds were amazing. Another feature we really enjoyed was the adults only swimming pool. The hotel is a 7 minute walk from old town Hoi An and is located rught on the river. All in all we had a great stay at Rivertown and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

A really lovely experience for the 3 nights we stayed there. Staff are super friendly and attentive, restaurant and spa are very good. We got 2 adjoining rooms to cater for our 17 yo, a massage for two, dinner one night at the restaurant and a couple of drinks each day by the pool. All up cost $204… lisää

A really lovely experience for the 3 nights we stayed there. Staff are super friendly and attentive, restaurant and spa are very good. We got 2 adjoining rooms to cater for our 17 yo, a massage for two, dinner one night at the restaurant and a couple of drinks each day by the pool. All up cost $204 AUD which is excellent value.
