We stayed impromptu at The Bitter End to get off the catamaran for a couple of days and enjoy ourselves on land. Firstly, the property is wonderful - it’s lively and interesting yet relaxing and serene. It’s well maintained and clean despite how busy it could get as we were there during the holidays. We loved having the market for convenience and the restaurants on site were both fantastic - we ate at The Clubhouse multiple times during our stay and the staff and food was wonderful. We stayed in a beach bungalow and that was the best experience - the bungalows are so well done from inside out and we loved getting to be steps from the ocean and enjoying the sunrise and sunset. Lastly, it would be amiss not to mention the incredible hospitality of the team, notably Alisha. Alisha was warm, inviting, knowledgeable and eager to help. She made everything happen for us seamlessly and stress free while we were there from bookings to transportation to knowledge about the islands. We are so grateful for her as she made our stay top notch.

The property is stunning, the atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, and there is so much to do for both adults and kids — perfect for families. What truly made our stay exceptional was Alisha. She went above and beyond to make sure our family had the best possible experience, from helping us with activities to making sure every detail was taken care of with such kindness and care. Because of her, we didn’t just enjoy the resort — we made beautiful memories we’ll cherish forever. We left already talking about when we can come back. Highly, highly recommend Bitter End and a huge thank you to Alisha for making our stay so special.

“5 Stars for Bitter End!”

I don’t even know where to begin on the Bitter End… This place surpassed all expectations we had, and it was by far one of our favorite trips together. We have stayed in many five star properties around the world (and on Virgin Gorda), and I'm not sure our stay at BEYC can be topped. My husband … lisää

I don’t even know where to begin on the Bitter End… This place surpassed all expectations we had, and it was by far one of our favorite trips together. We have stayed in many five star properties around the world (and on Virgin Gorda), and I'm not sure our stay at BEYC can be topped. My husband typically likes to park himself on the beach and read (and have some cocktails) throughout the day, whereas I like to get out and do activities. Our first full day there, we did a sunrise sweat session with Sam, E-foiling lesson with Adam, and a Hobie Cat lesson with Sam. I was so shocked my husband joined me for all of these, but I feel like that’s what being at Bitter End inspires you to do. There is SO much going on, and you feel like you’re at the hub of all of these wonderful activities. We only stayed three nights and wished we had stayed longer. The staff is second to none. Everyone is beyond friendly, and the way they pay attention to details and getting to know you makes you feel so welcome. Alisha, Saturn (his spicy margs!), Dervina, Sam, and Adam…they were wonderful. The beach bungalow!!! It was GORGEOUS with such attention to detail, and it is definitely worth the upgrade (although I would happily stay in any of their rooms). It's one of the most beautiful accommodations I've ever stayed in. We loved all the warm wood throughout the property. We tried to venture out for dinner every night, but it was always hard to leave the Quarterdeck bar and Saturn’s cocktails, and we were always happy to come back at the end of the night. For lack of a better word, Bitter End is one of the most special places I’ve ever been. The atmosphere, comradery, and warmth the team has created is what makes it so exceptional. It leaves a lasting impression on you that cannot be replicated elsewhere. We are already scheming ahead for our next trip there.

“Great Customer Service”

Best customer service in the BVIs. Fantastic marina with very helpful staff. Great restaurants. Nice swimming area. Wonderful market. We sailed all around the BVIs and the Bitter end was our highlight.
