We stayed here for one night the hotel as a place to sleep while having a weekend exploring Sharjah. Yes - the hotel is a bit tired and dated but in comparison to neighbouring Dubai it is a bargain. The staff are super - helpful and friendly- and after some issues with our first room went out of their way to make amends and changing the room. Breakfast is absolutely fine. Recommended as a chap place to sleep in the centre of the city!

This was a business trip so I can verify that this is a true 4-star hotel. Excellent customer service to the last dot, no request is turned down or ignored - I had my 'do not disturb' sign on throughout my stay because I am very private and feel uneasy for my things to be handled in my absence, and they were putting cards every day under my door to make sure I am notified that they didn't clean the room because the "do not disturb" was displayed. The room was immaculately clean when i first entered, with complimentary water and tea/coffee making products. I was staying on the 18th floor and it was super quiet - no street noise or next door noise disturbed me at all. I did have a corner room so I had windows from both sides, but the windows are double-glazed, maybe even triple-glazed, as it was dead silent, despite the highways in front. Room was huge, it took time to walk from one side to the other. Bed was heavenly, I was so exhausted during that period in my life, that I actually managed to sleep like a baby during an intense business trip because of that bed. Pillows equally good, soft and adjustable, as is the temperature. The temperature in the room is controlled by you, it works perfectly and there are blackout curtains on the windows for the morning light. Wifi is good as well. Breakfast is comprehensively rich and ranges from savoury produce like cheese and meats to croissants, breads, pastries, eggs made on the spot, waffles, as well as yogurts (full and non fat), cereal, jams, honey and hot porridge, amongst other things.. And they bring it to your room as well. Great room service menu as well, even though i didn't need it. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I had a room with a kitchen and there was not a single utensil or any form of kitchen related tool like saucepan, frypan or plate, absolutely nothing, in order to make use of that kitchen. They were super amazing and charged me the rate of a normal room instead because of that, but why even have kitchens when nobody can use them? All in all, an excellent hotel with excellent service for a very good price! Totally recommended!

“A few nights”

Good value. Staff very accomodating. Hotel like many around sharjah a bit tired. Restaurant staff good although level of food poor. Had dinner there and waiting staff good but food well below average Bed comfortable. Bathroom ok Wifi good Tv channels not much in english

Analysis ; Room : was spacious but with bit outdated furniture ,TV was 32 inchs and terrible to wach limited channels as TV signals problem so we could not see proper picture and listened sound !!when we complained ,someone technicion came and went to ch… lisää

Analysis ; Room : was spacious but with bit outdated furniture ,TV was 32 inchs and terrible to wach limited channels as TV signals problem so we could not see proper picture and listened sound !!when we complained ,someone technicion came and went to check on roof then disappeared , never came back ! Bed was large , bathroom was ok with toilitries but bath shower was very weak ? hotel should install power shower !!Another thing is the mini fridge , NOT working even though we made request ,they came and said its low but then later on there was no cooling at all ??Also we had one time power trip off, as a result our inside keys were disabbled and ac and bathroom light were off !!! again we asked for HELP ?? Location ; central near to islamic mesuem and cornich swimming pool ; small size ,reasonable but for small kids no shallow water area ?? Gym; good compact and useful Breakfast ; was good , quite a lot things to eat , fresh fruit , hot food ,karak tea etc Over all not very good experience .
