We stayed 1 week in Princessa parc and from.the moment we arrived it was a warm, welcoming and great experience. Our check in was easy and everything well explained. The room warm comfortable and with a partial view. The hotels buffet restaurant is fine with plenty of selection. The drinks are well priced and the bonuses of the spa, bowling, pool, games and bar areas were perfect for everyone in the hotel to enjoy. There was such a mix of people here, groups, families, couples, and even a whole group of wheelchair users who frequent every year thos shows how accessible and helpful the hotel and staff are! We never waited for anything, there are also ski lockers downstairs for no extra fee (only a €20 key deposit) we wish to thank all staff but especially Marcela on reception who saw us from check in to check out and Ramon in the restaurant, but all staff were so friendly and polite, best service I've seen in years! “GREAT APART FROM THE SCHOOL KIDS”

We had a great stay at this hotel last week. We booked through Crystal for our Ski Trip. We had a great stay at this hotel last week. We booked through Crystal for our Ski Trip. Hotel is lovely, great staff and a good location near the Gondola (a short cut along a path behind the hotel meaning a 2 min walk). The food in the buffet was good but a bit repetitive. The Al a Carte restaurant was superb and we ate there twice. Wish we had found it sooner! Spa is lovely and lots of treatments available. Room slightly dated and very warm! Beds super comfy. The only down side was the 100+ kids that turned up for a 5 night stay. They were extremely loud and there didn’t seem to be enough teaching staff for the number of children. They hung around in the bar area sitting on the back of sofas, walked at you in corridor’s with no intention of moving around you and kept my friends and other guests awake until 2.30 in the morning with their noise! My friends resorted to earplugs for the rest of the stay. Luckily we couldn’t hear them in our room. Breakfast turned into a scrum after the relaxing affair it had been. Staff were great though and I think they felt our pain!

“Great location but far too many kids”

Positives: Hotel was very near the gondola, just a short walk behind the hotel. Room was ok, bit tired and also very warm. Spa was nice (when no screaming kids). Positives: Hotel was very near the gondola, just a short walk behind the hotel. Room was ok, bit tired and also very warm. Spa was nice (when no screaming kids). Treatments good addition if you want them and gym also good. Bowling area & pool tables were fun. Breakfast very repetitive but ok. Evening meal was good 4 night out of 7. Negatives: there was lots of families with children who were making so much noise in the restaurant we couldn’t hear ourselves think, you could have no conversation and it felt like a huge school canteen so this meant we had to wait until they had all been in and had eaten. Parents did nothing, we complained to the staff but unfortunately they did nothing either. Same children running around the hotel to all hours. Our room was above the play area and it was incredibly noisy. Children also enjoyed playing knock a door and run, shouting and running around the corridors. Complained once again to staff but nothing happened, Bar in the lounge had one person serving, constant waiting around in a queue to order drinks. Spa was good until children running riot yet again with staff doing nothing about it. There were quite a few school trips but these children were no problem. All in all I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
