“Lovely Room & Delightful Staff.”

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay prior to a 'Concorde Experience' at Brooklands. So much grub on the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast option...we had to forgo breakfast! We set the temperature at 22 degrees centigrade, however the outflow unit adjacent to the bed area was cold and the outflow adjacent to the entrance door was at the temperature set?

“Unprofessionalism”

I went here for my friends birthday, we booked a treatment, spa access and a meal. First we had our treatment, we showed up 5 minutes early but were heavily judged when we walked into reception (not by the receptionist, but the masseuses), we got taken through into the rooms and i was lying there w… lisää

I went here for my friends birthday, we booked a treatment, spa access and a meal. First we had our treatment, we showed up 5 minutes early but were heavily judged when we walked into reception (not by the receptionist, but the masseuses), we got taken through into the rooms and i was lying there whilst getting a massage and i could hear her typing on her phone whilst massaging me, as her phone was right next to my head, she did this again when I got my head massage and she was massaging with one hand and then stopped as if she wasn’t focused on her massage but her phone. Everything else was lovely, the rest of the spa was gorg and dinner was delicious, would recommend but not the treatments as masseuses were unprofessional and rude but everyone else was lovely.

It was an amazing day overall, all things considered. The spa itself is lovely, and the treatments were very enjoyable. It was an amazing day overall, all things considered. The spa itself is lovely, and the treatments were very enjoyable. However, the staff did seem a bit under pressure, which may have affected the experience. I had also been assured by the reservations team that they were aware of our special celebration, but unfortunately there was no acknowledgement of it from any member of staff, which was a little disappointing. During the treatments, while they were good, the communication could have been better. It would have been appreciated if staff had checked in more regarding the pressure and overall comfort. Both my friend and I mentioned that certain areas felt a bit sore or too firm, but our comments didn’t seem to be addressed. Overall, a lovely spa with great potential, but improved attentiveness and communication from staff would make a big difference.

“Great place to stay when visiting Brooklands musuem and McLaren by Design musuem”

Room and bed were comfy. Nice to have water and tea/coffee available. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly and food was really good.
