“A wonderful hotel”
We came for 2 nights in October. It’s off-season here, between summer tourism and winter tourism. Although there were not many guests, the hotel functioned very well. “Indeed it IS a long and winding road ... But worth it!”
Twas our failure to get instructions about how to get here that resulted in our almost 2 hour around and around Amarante trying to find the pousada! “Simple pousada in the mountain”
We stayed here 3 nights. The place was very difficult to find. The room was quiet small and not very modern. We had to drive every day a lot to see more interesting places.
