“Recommend”
Good location for seeing the sights of Exeter. Breakfast and parking included. No evening meal service but only 10 minutes gentle stroll away from the restaurants at Exeter Quay. My room was spotlessly clean and was one of the nicest single rooms I've stayed in

“Very good, well worth thr hotel fee.”
I stayed here May of '26 for work, one night and in room 18 - it's a 3/4 bed for single occupancy. First off, easy to find, GPS took me straight to the hotel where there is free parking. “Warm, comfortable rooms”
Easy to find with plenty of parking behind the hotel. The hotel has spacious, comfortable rooms with a good shower the plenty of hot water.
