“My recent stay at the World Trade Plaza Hotel Shijiazhuang”
My stay was extremely comfortable. I appreciated the help given by the Assistant Manager in sending a package through the S F courier service. I also very much appreciated the housekeeping service especially the help of Miss Helen Shan.

“very nice hotel”
liked the room. it was clean and had a comfy big bed. good location close to shopping malls and banks. did not try the food. good service and at least one english speaker. no complaints. attatched pics of view from window.

“Outstanding value”
I booked this place on one of the searching internet sites that rated it very well. The price seemed comparatively low but 2 nights was all I needed and there to work. What a pleasant surprise. “Well appreciated!!”
I am used to stay in that hotel since many years and never been disappointed. Prefer the top floor rooms and enjoy the club lounge, when open, 😉 Excellent service and very well located. A taste of China in an International hotel

“2 days in Shijiazhuang”
Checking in was kind of difficult staff did not really speak english and made mistakes in calculating total room charge also kind of weird to ask for more money for a free upgrade and to hold a deposit with the room charge payment in the same bill, unprofessional.
