“Perfect getaway”
The hotel's location is perfect. From the moment we walked in, I felt the stress of the city melt away. Professional and knowledgeable front desk staff welcomed us (shout out to Lilia and Mario). “RELAXING AND RESTFUL”
Great stay. The facilities are first class, and kept very clean. Enough good cannot be said for the staff. Personable, courteous, and accommodating. The food experience exceeded our expectations. This is on our "RETURN TO" list

“Honeymoon of our dreams”
We spent our honeymoon in this amazing location. Between the service and the food, I can not begin to say how wonderful our experience was. We will be back as soon as the work vacation time reloads. We are now lifetime fans. Thank you to everyone we met and to every experience we had.

“A Lovely Oceanfront Stay in Puerto Morelos”
The hotel itself is lovely — the perfect size, not too big and not too small — and it’s perfectly situated. “10 Stars”
We had an amazing time at The Fives Oceanfront! From our first introduction to Roxanne at the front desk to all the other staff, Ian, Stephanie, Lorenzo, Crisbal & of course Jocelyn and Daniel! They made us feel like family the whole week we were there. They were so helpful and friendly.
