“Fabulous room with a view”

I stayed for 2 nights in room 1102. This room is huge and has a great view of the canals, the Ethiad, the Co-Op arena and the city. The staff at the hotel were lovely. I stayed for 2 nights in room 1102. This room is huge and has a great view of the canals, the Ethiad, the Co-Op arena and the city. The staff at the hotel were lovely. Mia in Reception was very helpful and the bar and waitress staff were all lovely. Our room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the price was very reasonable for what we got. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant. My daughter had salmon and I had fajitas. We also had a drink apiece. The food was lovely and very well priced.

“1 night wonder”

A clean and tidy 4* star hotel in Manchester Piccadilly. Car park in a 5 minute walk away and is paid by a parking app, which is handy for topping up without the need to go back to the car. A clean and tidy 4* star hotel in Manchester Piccadilly. Car park in a 5 minute walk away and is paid by a parking app, which is handy for topping up without the need to go back to the car. The rooms are a good size with a basic set up. The bathroom is suffice with a small shower. Breakfast was fine, typical 4* set up. Overall, not a bad hotel.

“Good hotel but terrible aircon”

Stayed one night for a concert at the co-op live with my 2 teens, this hotel is very well situated for that to either get an cheap uber, tram or 25 minute walk. Stayed one night for a concert at the co-op live with my 2 teens, this hotel is very well situated for that to either get an cheap uber, tram or 25 minute walk. The room was lovely and had all you neeeded, but unfortunately the stay was let down because the room was stiflingly hot, I guess due to the recent heatwave & the hot air was trapped as no windows open and the air conditioning was terrible!! I asked for a fan of reception but was told to set the air-conditioning 18° which would help, but it didn’t so we had a very broken sleep. We ate a pizza in the restaurant which was no better than a cheap supermarket one but a lot more expensive. The breakfast was good and overall for £50 each, I would rate the hotel value for money ….but please sort the aircon out.
