Como grandes fãs da rede CitizenM, foi natural escolhermos o hotel para nossa estadia — e continuamos com um carinho enorme pela marca. Em praticamente todas as cidades do mundo onde existe um CitizenM, é nossa primeira escolha. Já havíamos passado pelo CitizenM em Glasgow, onde fomos super bem atendidos pelo Jefferson, e em Dublin o atendimento humano novamente fez toda a diferença. Fomos recebidos maravilhosamente bem pelo J.P., que foi extremamente atencioso durante toda a estadia. Também não podemos deixar de agradecer à Bia, Janine e Jamile, que foram incríveis, simpáticas e muito solícitas. Porém, desta vez, infelizmente tivemos um problema importante: passamos MUITO frio dentro do quarto. Fomos informados de que o ar-condicionado estava com problemas no sistema central, afetando outras unidades também, mas foi realmente insuportável o frio que enfrentamos durante as noites. A equipe tentou ajudar o tempo todo — enviaram edredons extras, foram muito prestativos e até tivemos o Irish Coffee mais delicioso que já tomamos, oferecido pelo J.P. para nos ajudar a nos aquecer — mas, infelizmente, isso não resolveu o desconforto. Outro ponto que nos decepcionou foi o café da manhã. Honestamente, foi o mais fraco que encontramos em toda a rede CitizenM: poucas opções, pouco variado e sem o padrão que estamos acostumados a encontrar nos outros hotéis da marca. Mesmo com esses pontos negativos, seguimos amando a rede CitizenM e reconhecemos que o atendimento humano continua sendo um dos maiores diferenciais da marca. Esperamos voltar em outra oportunidade e ter a experiência impecável que sempre tivemos. We ended our trip through Scotland, Northern Ireland, and finally Ireland by staying in Dublin. As huge fans of the CitizenM brand, choosing this hotel was an easy decision — and we still have a great affection for the brand. In almost every city around the world where there is a CitizenM, it is usually our first choice. We had previously stayed at CitizenM Glasgow, where Jefferson took amazing care of us, and once again the human side of hospitality made all the difference in Dublin. J.P. welcomed us warmly and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We also want to thank Bia, Janine, and Jamile, who were all wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, this time we experienced a major issue: we were extremely cold inside our room. We were informed that the air conditioning/heating system had a central issue affecting other rooms as well, but honestly, the cold we experienced during the nights was unbearable. The team genuinely tried to help — they provided extra duvets, were always available, and J.P. even offered us the most delicious Irish Coffee we’ve ever had to help warm us up — but unfortunately, it didn’t solve the discomfort. Another disappointing point was breakfast. In our opinion, it was by far the weakest breakfast we have experienced within the CitizenM brand: limited options, not much variety, and below the standard we usually expect from the chain. Even with these issues, we still love CitizenM and recognize that the staff and service remain one of the brand’s strongest assets. We hope to return in the future and experience once again the outstanding stays we are used to having with CitizenM.

“Clean, but small, minimalist room. It could be described as urban glamping.”

The room was clean, but microscopically small. It would be fine for 1 guest, but 2 guests were a tight fit. There were no amenities, not even a glass in the room for water or a kettle for tea. There is very little assistance provided such as help calling a taxicab. There are no additional perks ava… lisää

There is very little assistance provided such as help calling a taxicab. There are no additional perks available for being a high status Marriott Bonvoy member. The iPad mini to control the room was cool. The bed was comfortable. The shower was a tight fit as the door is awkwardly hung. The location is quiet and a little bit out of the touristy area. It was fine for 2 nights as we spent most of our time exploring the city. This is not a hotel for families as the rooms are way too small.

This hotel I believe is not family friendly. I believe it’s only for solo travelers. The rooms are incredibly small. I would say they remind me of interior cruise ship rooms, but smaller. The bed is jammed into the wall. You have to move the pillows and sleep a different way so that the other perso… lisää

This hotel I believe is not family friendly. I believe it’s only for solo travelers. The rooms are incredibly small. I would say they remind me of interior cruise ship rooms, but smaller. The bed is jammed into the wall. You have to move the pillows and sleep a different way so that the other person can get up at night. Otherwise they are climbing over their partner. There is no lock on the toilet door and it stays slightly ajar, does not fully close. The shower and toilet area is frosted. Please don’t stay here if you want privacy. It’s a very clean hotel and the staff is nice. But this isn’t for families.

“Average hotel with high prices”

Decent location Breakfast is very over priced and not worth it at all. 20 euros for breakfast and no beans ! Rooms are small but high tech. No free breakfast as Marriott titanium member either,only a 9 euro credit which pays for half of breakfast! Average hotel
