The most important advantage of the hotel is its security with 24 hour reception and the presence of a courtyard and swimming pool. Ideal for families with children. 15 mins walking to the Santa Helena islands, 3 supermarkets around. This is where the benefits end. The windows do not open in the rooms, therefore you have to turn on the air conditioner and run it constantly, otherwise there will be nothing to breathe. Lack of breakfast implies the need to buy groceries in the evening in order to have breakfast on your own. Another option is to go to restaurants around for breakfast, but few of them open before 9-10 am.

“Well situated to rech the Tikal archeological site”

Except the restaurant that offered a meat to much cooked in france we prefered "bloody meat" and teh fact the rooms are a little bit narrow ,it's a typical hotel with a spanish feeling .This hotel is quiet and ggod to have a rest before and after Tikal visit .Well situated from the island of Flores… lisää

“Nice clean hotel, friendly staff”

Liked it there so much! Pool area was nice! Clean! Nice garden. The room was big enough en the restaurant service was good as well. Perfect place to stay if you wan't to explore Flores. This will save you some money because it is less expensive compared with hotels on the island. You can go to Flor… lisää

This will save you some money because it is less expensive compared with hotels on the island. You can go to Flores by foot (only 15 minutes).

“Comfy, Quiet, clean, great pool”

I booked this place last minute and thought was a gem. I only stayed one night but wish I had stayed longer. It is close to all amenities and the island of Flores is walking distance or 5q in a tuk tuk. The staff were very helpful. The pool area was a real surprise, I am so often annoyed with hote… lisää

It is close to all amenities and the island of Flores is walking distance or 5q in a tuk tuk. The staff were very helpful. The pool area was a real surprise, I am so often annoyed with hotels who have fancy reception areas but crappy pools. The pool decking and lounge chairs where really nice. The courtyard was cute and was disappointed I did'nt have time to chill out in one of the hammocks over looking the courtyard. I did not try the food because I eat on the island instead. The room was spotless, super white cotton soft sheets and good choice of pillows.

“Beautiful place but.”

Beautiful place but is not being maintained. Room smelled musty and the ceiling paint in the bath room was turning black. Also along the side of one bed and the out side of the bath room wall. I think it was black mold. No exhaust fan in the bath not helping. The sink had the hot and cold crossed.… lisää

I think it was black mold. No exhaust fan in the bath not helping. The sink had the hot and cold crossed. I told the maid that a maintenance man could fix it in 5 minuets. Was still that way when we left. Only ate one meal there. Breakfast, the ham was a piece of lunch meat 1/16" thick. The hash browns I could not eat at all. It was like they had been left setting in old grease for some time. The eggs where good.
