What a wonderful customer relations. Very accommodating and willing to fix anything that may be an issue. The only problem they couldn’t handle as to do with Mother Nature. “Exquisitely beautiful + luxurious for the price”
Almond Beach and the whole Jaguar Reef compound are amazing. We stayed in a plunge pool suite which felt spacious and romantic. Loved the hotel and the customer service. Larry greeted us each morning with a friendly hello and flower for the ladies! Kayla could not be more friendly and helpful with anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Beach access was good but definitely need more chairs by the pools and be… lisää
