“Nice resort - took care of us during the World Cup!”

Nice resort, about an hour away from Recife. We stayed during the World Cup and the staff were very helpful in helping us get to and from the stadium during game days. “Great pools, but the food and service is rubbish”

Good points - there are 5 main pools which offer great variety, especially if you have young kids. The beach at the front is shallow even at high tide, but that suited us as we have 2 young kids. Good points - there are 5 main pools which offer great variety, especially if you have young kids. The beach at the front is shallow even at high tide, but that suited us as we have 2 young kids. The grounds are clean and tidy. Close to Cupe ( can walk via beach) and Porto De Galhinas ($30 reals by taxi or $18 reals by Uber) Bad points - All the food on the menu is deep fried muck, takes forever to get served and is expensive ( it’s actually cheaper, quicker to taxi into town and get a decent quality meal and taxi back). Even on busy days, there is only one wait staff to take orders. The bar is very under staffed and closes at 6pm, regardless of how many people are waiting to get a drink. You can’t charge the drinks back to your room and you need to have the exact amount as the staff can’t give you change. Most people bring a cooler box full of drinks and drink it by the pools. The “Convenience” store is never open and there is nothing nearby where you can buy food or drink. Water here is unsafe to drink but you can only buy water in 500ml bottles and regularly run out. Suggestion - book a apartment with a kitchen and take care of all your meals and drink. If you come here thinking you will get all your meals/drink here, you’re in for a rude shock!

This is a nice resort in a remote location. Once you are here you are stuck. No transportation of any kind. No access to any convenience stores, restaurants, entertainment or food. Food is sub par at best. We were here for the World Cup and could not got any help to the stadium or the airport. … lisää

This is a nice resort in a remote location. Once you are here you are stuck. No transportation of any kind. No access to any convenience stores, restaurants, entertainment or food. Food is sub par at best. We were here for the World Cup and could not got any help to the stadium or the airport. Both are an hour away with out traffic. Beach and pools are very nice but pretty quiet as activities go. Front desk had no answers to any typical questions from tourists. Services were lacking over all. Would not recommend traveling all the way to Recife to stay here With our the World Cup in town, I'm not sure who would come.
