We loved our 3 night stay here. The individual bungalows are surrounded by trees and well separated from one another. The facilities were excellent, also the meals, and the staff were wonderful. The dining staff made sure we had cushions to sit on at meal times because the wooden seats were very hard on our old behinds! Our bungalow was very comfortable with a lovely outlook into the jungle. The variety of birds and other wildlife was amazing. The network of trails through the property was extensive and the one leading up to the canopy tower was especially productive for birds. Danny, our birding guide, was brilliant. He was passionate about wildlife and made sure we saw as much of it as possible. The verbena garden at the lodge was a great attraction for many different hummingbirds and we got some fabulous photos there. This lodge was one of the best we stayed in during our 19 night trip.

“Incredible Jungle Lodge”

I want to give this lodge more than 5 dots! We have had a fabulous visit here for four days. The rooms are very comfortable and creative. The outdoor showers are fun. The wildlife is abundant. The staff is fantastic! We had tours daily coordinated by the owner. Each tour involved local families. W… lisää

The staff is fantastic! We had tours daily coordinated by the owner. Each tour involved local families. We will come back! We travel a lot and this place is one of top five global lodges!

“Deep in the Rain Forest”

We stayed at Danta Corcovado a couple of years ago and returned for one night in February. Our cabin was located deep in the woods with a big front porch where I sat and watched the spider monkeys. All of the cabins are secluded from each other creating lots of privacy. The property and the trai… lisää

We stayed at Danta Corcovado a couple of years ago and returned for one night in February. Our cabin was located deep in the woods with a big front porch where I sat and watched the spider monkeys. All of the cabins are secluded from each other creating lots of privacy. The property and the trails are well maintained. And, the cabins are all uniquely decorated. Although the cabins are a bit warm, they did provide fans. And, the sounds of the critters at night was very relaxing. We didn’t get a chance to have dinner there, but, we did have a delicious breakfast, which was included. We look forward to returning again.

All of the cabins are secluded from each other creating privacy. The property and the trails are well maintained. And, the cabins are all uniquely decorated.
