⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Another Fantastic Stay at Jaz Elite Asteria!** This was our second stay at Jaz Elite Asteria, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spotless, the food is excellent with plenty of choice, and the facilities are first class. Everywhere you look, there is a real sense of pride in maintaining such high standards. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is its amazing staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming and professional, making us feel valued throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank **Massaouda Mazni** and **Abdulbari**, who were absolutely outstanding. Their kindness, professionalism, genuine warmth and attention to detail made our holiday even more memorable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile. They are a real credit to the hotel and deserve recognition for the fantastic service they provide. A special thank you also to Mr Mohamed Arafa and the entire team for making our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable. We have returned to Jaz Elite Asteria because of the consistently high standards and exceptional hospitality, and we're already hoping to be back again in **November**. The hotel staff deserves special recognition - especially the front office manager Mgr JAZ, Saadallah Saad. They are the right person in the right place — 100% committed and dedicated to their job. Incredibly polite and professional, he helped us perfectly prepare a birthday surprise for a 7-year-old. His sweet communication, endless helpfulness, and warm smile made the whole experience unforgettable. We highly recommend it!

Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and everything was always perfectly clean. The food exceeded our expectations. There was a great variety of delicious dishes every day, including fresh seafood, grilled meat, salads, fruits, and amazing desserts. Every meal was enjoyable. The beach is beautiful, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. The pools are clean, well maintained, and there were always enough sunbeds available. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help. We felt genuinely welcome throughout our vacation. A very special thank you to Yehia Zakaria for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He regularly checked that everything was perfect and always greeted us with a smile. Excellent stay wonderful vacation. Every body was helpful especially Masouda whom is a very efficient hardworking person she is a plus to any hotel
