Very friendly staff, not too annoying. A lot of activities to choose from, good, tasty food. Really enjoyed the tradicional a la carte restaurant.

The resort consistently maintains a high standard of aesthetic appeal and meticulous upkeep. The entire staff, including lifeguards, groundskeepers, bartenders, housekeeping personnel, restaurant servers, towel attendants, and the animation team, consistently demonstrates exceptional kindness and helpfulness. Their provision of sunglass cleaning services on the beach further exemplifies their commitment to outstanding guest service. The quality of food across all restaurants is consistently exceptional. I only have one concern, which pertains to the beach. It tends to be crowded and somewhat limited in size due to the numerous cabanas that are exclusively reserved for guests in the royal suites. As a result, when utilizing the standard sunbeds, we found ourselves with limited space, often in close proximity to other guests, even to the extent of being under a neighbor's shade and experiencing their cigarette smoke. Consequently, we opted to relocate to the pool area each day as we are non-smokers. I discussed this matter with management and I do hope they will reduce the cabana area or extend the "normal" sunbed area into three rows with more space, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful beach at Casa Blue.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Casa Blue Beach Resort. This adults only hotel is well placed along a quite beach on the Red sea with a sister Hotel next door for families, the facilities of which (including flumes :-) can be used by Casa Blue guests. We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Casa Blue Beach Resort. This adults only hotel is well placed along a quite beach on the Red sea with a sister Hotel next door for families, the facilities of which (including flumes :-) can be used by Casa Blue guests. The hotel has a good selection of Swim up rooms and Suites with the site being clean, well maintained and with plenty of bars / activities to keep you occupied (should you want to be). The resort is well laid out with many pools most of which are heated to a level that we have not experienced elsewhere. There is a very, very long jetty across the shallow waters to the drop off giving a great view of sea life and giving easy access to snorkelling or diving with the local onsite dive school. The food and staff are truly exceptional at this resort, with special thanks to Moamen at the front desk who was very cheery / helpful on arrival, looked after us throughout and made our stay special. Managers & Waiters were excellent throughout the resort, Gamil and Akram were very helpful with our specific dietary needs with special thanks to waiters Omar, Mohamed and Ahmen. Overall this is truly a great Adult only 5 star resort that we will definitely return to in the near future. Robert & Linda
