“Our 5th Anniversary Visit: Still the Best Choice for a Winter Escape!”

For the fifth year in a row, we chose this hotel for our winter getaway, and it continues to evolve beautifully. Situated atop a cliff, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the bay, Old Town, and mountains. The fresh sea air and meticulously kept gardens—where you can spot hoopoes and white herons—create a truly peaceful atmosphere. The Beach & Sea: The beach is a winter traveler’s dream because it is perfectly sheltered from the wind. Whether you take the stairs or the elevator, you’ll find plenty of sunbeds. The sea here is unique: there are sandy areas for children and a vibrant reef for snorkeling. We even met a friendly (we hope) stingray at sunset! Accommodation (our room was in so called Bungalow): We loved our room with its private terrace. As a tall person, I was thrilled with the extra-long, comfortable bed. A special shout-out for the new, silent refrigerator with a freezer. The housekeeping was impeccable. We opted for cleaning every other day for eco-reasons, and the staff respected this perfectly. The room was always stocked with water and high-quality toiletries (the shaving kit saved me since I forgot mine!). The occasional surprises—towel art, fruit plates, and oriental sweets—made us feel truly welcome. Dining: The food is excellent and the schedule is very flexible. We loved the "late lunch" option, which allowed us to soak up every bit of sun instead of rushing to the restaurant. Although the late lunch switched to snacks in our final days (we missed the soup!), the overall quality was great. A wonderful addition this year was the fresh strawberries served almost every evening! Animation & Entertainment: The animation team this year was incredibly energetic, successfully breaking the ice with guests. The evening shows were great—the belly dancer was exceptionally passionate. We were also glad to see the Tanoura dance return, as it adds a necessary touch of local folklore. The Team: The staff is what makes this place special. Irina (Guest Relations): Always attentive and ready to help. The Reception Team: Efficient and friendly. Mohammed (Club Barman): A true professional! He remembered our drink preferences and timing from day one. He even offered to slice our mango and effortlessly switched between languages. His service inspired me to learn a few phrases in Arabic just to say thank you (شكر!). We left full of energy and sun. See you next year for our 6th visit, Albatros Sharm!

“A Comfortable Stay with Excellent Food, Great Entertainment and Attentive Staff”

The hotel exceeded our expectations. A big advantage is the wind-free bay, which makes the beach stay very comfortable.
