We recently returned from Sunrise Remal Beach and had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is quite new and beautiful, which makes for a great first impression and a relaxing atmosphere. The Highlights: Animation Team: Absolutely top-tier. They were very engaging and organized a huge variety of activities that kept us entertained throughout the day. Dining: A bit of a mixed bag. The quality of the food is very tasty, but the main restaurant lacks variety—we found it to be about 80% the same every day. However, the a la carte restaurants were fantastic and offered a much-needed change of pace with excellent flavors. The Rooms: We’d give them a solid 8/10. They are modern and well-kept, providing a very comfortable home base for the trip. Verdict: Great for those who want a beautiful setting and active entertainment, just be sure to book those a la carte spots!

We had a great time at the hotel with a large group, it was truly incredible. The staff is extremely polite, and the territory is beautiful, clean and very well-groomed. We had a great time at the hotel with a large group, it was truly incredible. The staff is extremely polite, and the territory is beautiful, clean and very well-groomed. I would especially like to note the animation team - very open, friendly people who can find an approach to everyone. Every evening there is a mini disco, and twice a week - wonderful trips to the carnival. Special thanks to the animator named Spicy, he gave us so many unforgettable emotions. I would also like to note the food at the hotel, it is wonderful. Every day there is fresh seafood, and alcohol is of very good quality. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

“Great staff but bad checkout!”

Stayed for 1 week in late April early May. Location is good, on the beach with a promenade at the rear of the hotel that is several km long . Stayed for 1 week in late April early May. Location is good, on the beach with a promenade at the rear of the hotel that is several km long . Staff at the hotel were hard working, very attentive and polite. All areas of the hotel were maintained to a good standard. The atmosphere is lively and active throughout the day but quieter areas are available if you wish to relax in peace! Some areas were very busy at peak times (beach loungers and buffet dinning room) but staff were always helpful in finding a place for me to sit. I particularly enjoyed the food and service provided in the Greek and Italian restaurants. Under the UK system I would consider this to be a 4 star hotel. My only issue with this hotel was linked to check out. I had an evening flight but was told at 12pm that I had to vacate the room by 2pm and there were no options to extend my checkout by a couple of hours. This caused me considerable stress and inconvenience. I was then locked out of my room and had to return to reception several times to resolve this issue. Once I had vacated my room the only option provided was the use of a very small changing room in the Spa building. This experience spoiled what otherwise had been a pleasant stay at the hotel. Because of checkout issues I would not return to this hotel.
