We have just returned and were very satisfied with the hotel. It is beautiful, comfortable, and the rooms are new and modern. We stayed in the Posh Club Jacuzzi Duplex and spent most of our time in the Posh Club area. The staff there are wonderful – the manager resolved any issues quickly and professionally, and the waiters were very friendly and attentive. We would especially like to thank Mohamed from the bar – he is always smiling and makes delicious, beautifully presented cocktails. Housekeeping was also excellent – our room (8209) was cleaned very thoroughly. Unfortunately, we did not catch the name of the housekeeper, but the service was outstanding. The food at the Posh Club restaurant was very tasty. We also enjoyed the Japanese and Thai à la carte restaurants, and our favorite was the Greek restaurant. The Italian restaurant was good as well, although one time the lasagna was completely cold. We were not very interested in the animation activities, but we could see that entertainment was taking place constantly. The animation team was active and regularly invited guests to participate in different events. We visited the main buffet restaurant a couple of times – the food was good and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

My husband and i spent 7 nights at this beautiful resort. This is the best hotel if u are looking for relaxing, comfortable and amazing vacation. From the moment of arrival you can feel the awesome atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The balcony had a nice view. The cleaning was regular. The food is delicious. The main restaurant has a lot of food. You can choose anything you want. The staff in the restaurant are also very friendly and helpful. Also in the hotel we tried a la cart restaurant Yades. This is a greek restaurant. There was a very high quality of service and the food. The reef near the hotel is beautiful and perfect for snorkeling, with colorful fish and clear water. Sunbeds around the beach and pools are always available. You don’t need to come early and get it. There are 3 swimming pools and mostly we spend the time by the Splash pool. Because there was entertainment. The animation team are very good and professional.It was international team. And they are speaking different languages. They invited us to their daily activities like yoga, water aerobics, zumba and some games by the pool. And also they have a great evening entertainment. Shows, carnivals, competitions and parties. But also if you don’t want any entertainment you can choose a quiet area by the 16+ pool. One of the strong points in this resort is staff everywhere. Everybody knows their work. And all of them so friendly and welcoming. Overall this hotel is really is ideal for families, couples and young people. We will definitely come back here again!
