Rooms are a bit basic but good value for the price. The Bathroom could certainly do with upgrading. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but do not speak English, so you need basic Spanish. Rooms are a bit basic but good value for the price. The Bathroom could certainly do with upgrading. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but do not speak English, so you need basic Spanish. The food was a good standard and again very reasonably priced. Free Wi Fi. The location is good for travelling around the area, but it was a good 3 miles from the fabulous beaches at Roche. There is a small super market on site and plenty of Ventas / restaurants in the area. There is a 'Service RED' ATM on site, also a petrol station literally next door, but not intrusive in any way. Popular with the locals so car park in front of the hotel nearly impossible in the evening but an overflow at the back of the hotel, all off road. It was ideal for me as I had business in Conil, Chiclana and Roche.

The Hotel Antonio Conil is a simple pension, located in Conil de la Frontera, which means you're not far from the sea. Its location is not bad (not on the sea side, but easy to access) and the venue is big, comfy, has off plenty of rooms & a restaurant near by. The rooms are clean and cozy ; then, don't expect the design of a trendy boutique hotel ;) The staff is helpful & friendly, and the rates are correct. So why not ?

“Average accommodation - food is better!”

We stayed here on one-night trips to the area in 2007 - 2008 and found the rooms comfortable and good value. We stayed here on one-night trips to the area in 2007 - 2008 and found the rooms comfortable and good value. We now travel to this area several times a year and regularly eat in the restaurant at Antonio's. During the winter season, when many other establishments are closed, you can be sure of a hearty meal here. The service is friendly and efficient. There is an extensive menu of typically Spanish fare and we have never been disappointed. It may not be in a particularly attractive location( it is on a main road, but lies off a service road) but they have done their best to make the property welcoming with pot plants, plant screening and some tables to the front. Would recommend if passing through the area or in the off-season.
