“Peaceful place in a great hotel”

Great hotel in Biniancolla, close to everything. Top service. Food and rooms were perfect. Personal very kind, pro-active and very professional.

Excellent Hotel located in a quiet part of Menora. Plenty of free parking on arrival and they also have EV chargers as well which was useful for our electric car. Excellent Hotel located in a quiet part of Menora. Plenty of free parking on arrival and they also have EV chargers as well which was useful for our electric car. The welcome at recetion was excellent and we were taken to our room. The room was great with it's own deck and small swimming pool. It was cold but you could use it in the afternoons when it warmed up a little. The room was also cleaned daily as was spotless. We were All inclusive which meant breakfast, lunch and dinner plus drinks and bar meals. There were a few strange omissions though. You could get a 14 euro cocktail but not an 8 euro smoothie, plus you could get a 19 euro pizza but not a packet of crisps. This is unusual as other Barcelo AI hotels we have been to include anything you want. It didn’t really detract from the stay though. It was my Birthday whilst I was there and Will and Julia sent me a cake and some sparkly cava. The Hotel itself is spotless and so well maintained. The staff in all areas are also brilliant and a credit to the Hotel. Our maid locked us out on our Patio on my Birthday morning by accident. I had to phone reception to get released. The lunch took 70 minutes to arrive due to an issue in the Kitchen which was not really explained. We were not really that bothered by either incident but we received numerous apologies throughout the day. Dominik who appears to run the restaurant and bars was fabulous. It’s not really a children’s Hotel as there is not much for them to do, but there were a lot of couples there with babies. There is a small beach at Punta Prima about a 15 minute walk away plus a few restaurants and a shop. Overall this is a great Hotel in a quiet location with excellent staff.

Lovely hotel with great outdoor space and beautiful pool areas. Beautiful room and service throughout hotel is great Food is amazing, especially the breakfast. Great place if you are coeliac, they went over and above to provide everything I needed with the chef speaking to me every evening to help with what I could eat. Not a huge amount to do close by, but if you just want to rest and relax in the sunshine this is the place to go. Highly recommend

“Lovely Hotel”

Love every thing about this hotel. Breakfasts are the best, Staff wonderful, kind and helpful. Location great. Hotels and pool areas very clean and modern.
