We had a lovely stay at Barcelo Nura, my wife and I had a Deluxe sea view suite and was really impressed with the size of the room, our daughter had a Deluxe room this was also really spacious.The food was great and so was the staff, if you are looking relaxing holiday this is the place to go.

Another great stay at the Nura (5th year) and overall it doesn’t disappoint, however some minor changes that we feel would improve the overall guest experience are as follows Firstly in the restaurant for lunch and dinner the ability to be able to have coffee after a meal without having to go to the bar would be appreciated, also hot buffet needs to be hotter, and the grill station needs to ensure meat is fully cooked (undercooked turkey is not healthy) Although the choice of starters and desserts is good, the daily repetition needs to be more varied. The all inclusive wine selection this year was poor. We also feel that both bars need to be open on the evening as this year in particular the biting insects were a really problem and often the evening temperature made it uncomfortable to sit outside. The hotel would benefit from adult only areas As ever the hotel was very relaxing, spotlessly clean and the staff were as friendly as ever We look forward to another return visit soon.

Hotel is really modern, in a quite location. Rooms are spotless & well maintained . Decent WiFi. Food is varied & of good quality. Lots of staff , who work as a team. So why not 5* ?? Hotel is really modern, in a quite location. Rooms are spotless & well maintained . Decent WiFi. Food is varied & of good quality. Lots of staff , who work as a team. So why not 5* ?? The hotel is too focussed on its App ! The 8 English TV channels were not working at certain times ( so had to visit a local hotel to watch one match of football ). Plus there are not enough sunbeds for the residents who want them. This means there is almost a" Benidorm Hotel " morning rush to reserve beds. People who have swim up rooms & gardens, reserve beds & only use them in the afternoon. This needs to be sorted out pronto.
