This is our second stay at this hotel which is absolutely superb if you want a quiet relaxing holiday and 100% customer service. All the staff are lovely and the food is next level albeit a little expensive. We stayed in a 2 bedroomed villa with private pool with breathtaking views overlooking Adeje & La Caleta. A special thank you to Melissa who helped us with a minor problem we experienced but other than that we can’t wait to return next year. Thanks again, Neil, Janet & Lauren.

“An outstanding Oasis”

This is an outstanding hotel offering 5 star service in the most relaxed environment.The breakfast on the terrace is as good as it gets. A short drive to the charming town of La Caleta and its great choice of seaside restaurants.

We stayed in a stunning three bed villa with private pool. As the resort is new, everything is in immaculate condition. Housekeeping was amazing, left everything spotless and replenished. The villa was very spacious and well equipped including a utility room with washer and tumble dryer. The master bedroom opens out to the terrace with wonderful sea views. The other two bedroom are at the back but the kids had these so they didn’t mind. The pool was heated to a decent temperature and was a really good size for a private pool on a resort. The three bed villas are on the 6th (highest) floor and it looked like the two bed ones are on the 5th floor. Hence the great views but this does mean a series of steps and or lifts to get to the main restaurants which at first seemed a pain but we got used to it and back up after a delicious breakfast the exercise probably a good thing! The hotel breakfast options were fantastic, my son delighted to see hash browns and baked beans! Endless options from the buffet or à la carte items can be ordered. Occasionally if you go at peak time around 10am you may have to wait a few minutes for a table but no queuing for food or the egg station. Service very friendly and efficient. We sampled some of the fitness classes which were great and never full. I had the best facial I’ve ever had (crystal something) at the well-being spa. We did hire a car so drove to the town every evening with no problem parking - there is a free public car park. Overall we decided we preferred being up the hill as it was so much more peaceful and the town isn’t imo a pretty little fishing village, it’s fine but not picturesque, Thoroughly recommend this resort and we felt it was our best r&r holiday yet with the kids in tow.

This is a superb hotel nestled on the mountainside with unobstructed views of the La Caleta and El Duque coastline. All rooms have sea views and some suites have swim up pools to their balconies. Three excellent restaurants onsite, but La Caleta is a short walk, or the hotel also provides a shuttle service into their sister hotel in La Caleta. Staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and efficient and we would definitely return to this hotel.
