The hotel is very well located with a beautiful island/sea view. The swimmingpool zone with sea view is asolutely nice for relaxing. Our favorite waiter was Diego. Always friendly and helptul, resolving all our desires. In summary: very recommendable!

We are here in room 113 and my father-in-law is in room 112, tomorrow will be our last day having been here for one week in the swim up suites. We are here in room 113 and my father-in-law is in room 112, tomorrow will be our last day having been here for one week in the swim up suites. The Hotel is tucked away uphill from the coast with amazing views. The swim up suites are amazing, loads of space, beautifully designed and super relaxing. The breakfast are really good with plenty of Choice. The pools are gorgeous and the whole Hotel has a really chilled vibe. The Service from all the staff is exceptional from the lovely people who do our rooms, take care of the gardens, a lovely professional staff in the restaurant, the concierge and the Meet And greet staff, that can’t be faulted. We ate in the bonfire restaurant which has an amazing choice of meat and Fish. The food was beautiful and the Service even better. The Bar is lovely along with the staff with a really good choice of drinks that are well presented. The front Hotel lobby is really small and it would be very easy to miss the front of the Hotel coming up the hill but the welcome is lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel operates a shuttle a couple of times a day to take guests to the coast but taxis are easily available and cost around €7. We use the gym every other day, it’s very well designed with really good quality machines. The spa treatments and spa area is stunning and I had one of the best massages I’ve had. We will be very sad to leave tomorrow and we’re already planning to return. Thank you for making it a wonderful break for us and our elderly father.

Whilst this is a lovely, clean, brand-new hotel with wonderful rooms, a brilliant gym, friendly staff, and a great pool area, it does come with some flaws that people should be aware of. We'd gone by everyone's 5-star reviews on this site, and unfortunately, it did not live up to all the glowing praise. The pool area, spa rooms, bar, and restaurants overlook a road which can be busy and therefore very noisy. So while you're relaxing by the pool or having a cocktail at the bar, there is constant road noise. It did not make for the relaxing holiday the we desperately needed. You can also hear the noise from the front row of rooms when sitting on the balcony, though not if you're inside your room. It's about a 30-minute walk to the edge of the nearest town (uphill on the way back), and though there is a hotel shuttle bus down to their sister hotel, Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, it stops running around 6pm, which makes no sense at all. After that, you're relying on walking or an Uber. Breakfast is amazing and caters for every palate. The restaurant Bonfire serves great food, but be warned: there's a particular female staff member who tries to upsell the steaks. We fell for it the first night, resulting in a very expensive meal. We didn't fall for it the second time, but she did upsell the couple next to us, confusing them with so many choices and steering them away from the main menu until they took the bait. They weren't even staying at the hotel — they'd come to Bonfire on their daughter's recommendation. If you can accept these flaws, I'd recommend it for the pristine condition of everything but go soon, as they're extending the hotel at the rear with what looks like more Residence rooms. We won't be back, though.
