“J Hallam”

Lovely hotel and was clean and tidy. End of the season so it was very quiet. Would definitely use a Palladium Hotel again. Food was amazing and lots of choice every day. Tui rep was very helpful and did a couple of trips. Definitely book again

“Fantastic friendly staff and a brilliant hotel”

Fantastic resort. Staff were attentive and polite. Restaurants and bars were fully stocked food was enjoyable. All drinks were branded drinks. Great stay I will definitely return. Great views across the bay. Beaches nearby were stunning.

“Our family of 5 had an excellent time.”

Key things I was worried about when booking a holiday and seeking a hotel: My wife and I are vegetarians, would we be able to eat? - Here the food was excellent, we had tons to eat every day. Pizza, Salad, Pasta, Rice, Soup, Bread, Plant based meat, lots of Potato options. Plenty of bakes and other types of vegetarian food. Plus the desserts, ice cream and so forth. Honestly I was expecting slim pickings, and by day 3 was worrying about putting on weight! Our kids eat meat and had a great choice too. Freshly cooked meats, cured meats, meat pizzas, burgers, even nuggets and chips and things like that were available. They loved the dessert options too. My sons and I are autistic and one of them is very dependent on his devices, which means we need WiFi - which worked throughout the entire hotel perfectly. He was able to nip on Roblox with no issues. His iPad just worked the entire time. Everything just worked fine. Our youngest is 6 and I was worried about the length of the travel to the hotel from the airport, and how he'd find the entertainment. Our journey was very quick, half hour at most. He loved the gaming room, the pool, and appreciated access to the disney channel in the room. The night entertainment was good, they were a bit shy about dancing but they enjoyed it and really appreciated the lovely t-shirts they got on the final day. The bar drinks were nice. They do have an all inclusive drinks menu and a premium menu. I fed back in my customer email that I didn't really like that, but I do get it that some guests would perhaps really want to drink a particular expensive treat from time to time and offering that all inclusive would be a fast way to lose money! It didn't affect us - the kids all had fruit mocktails, coke, sprite, fanta, there were other drinks too. My wife and I had cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, there was nothing we would've wanted that we couldn't get. Lots of people commented on the steep hills to the beach. There was a bus that you could take down to the beach at various points throughout the day, there and back. We chose to walk and no one had any options. The only time I perhaps felt put out by this was early on in the stay when I overestimated my ability to walk it at a fast pace and felt quite tired after but I very quickly learned to just take a leisurely stroll like everyone else did, so if you're not going to get the bus just take your time walking and you will find it fine, it wasn't bad. This place was great.

“Lovely hotel but...”

Don't go end of season. Amazing views, rooms are small but immaculate. Housekeeping lady worked so hard. Food very good for the first 5 days. Last 2 was, whatever there was before they closed. Animation guys Jaus & Tyler worked really hard and were lovely. Overall very nice hotel just not at the ... lisää

“Great hotel but fire alarms kept going off all night”

Great hotel and food the only thing that really spoilt it was the fire alarm Fiasco where it went off at 1.30 in the morning and the staff didn't know the cause and just switched off the system I know this as the fire doors wouldn't stay open on the magnets
