What a great place and great location. It’s like an apartment building which we loved. So much room, security, and the best location. We felt safe the entire time walking around the mall, the zone.l, and the arts and crafts market. The price was right and it’s so clean. So many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There’s just no downside. It’s so much better than a traditional hotel. You won’t regret booking here.

“The Perfect Stay”

This was the perfect stay. Firstly, great communication from Clive ahead and during my stay. The apartment is immaculate and beautifully appointed + very spacious. Everything has been thought of. A lovely lounge with a great view over Johannesburg. The kitchen has everything you want including a washing machine/dryer. Microwave oven and main oven were both perfect. The bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed. Fantastic bathroom with all the amenities you could hope for. The location is great for walking up to the shopping mall which is literally two minutes away. Here you can get all your food and also there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and really good quality shopping outlets. The security downstairs is brilliant and is manned 24 hours a day. You feel very safe. I didn't have a car but I know that there is parking on site which again is very secure. There is no doubt that I will stay here again and I would really like to thank everyone for making you so welcome and I couldn't recommend this location enough. I've been coming to Johannesburg for 32 years and this meets all my requirements. Utterly brilliant

“Good stay but be wary of the neighbourhood”

This place is very conveniently located, within walking distance of The Zone and Rosebank Mall. We got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which suited us best. This place is very conveniently located, within walking distance of The Zone and Rosebank Mall. We got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which suited us best. Everything was great, except you only get 1 key, so if you are a big party, you have to use the outside lockbox to put the key (but the managers know the code). You can pay R1000 for an extra key, which you get back when you check out and return the key. The safe didn't work (there was a sign saying we must not use the safe). This is South Africa. One cannot walk around with passports and money, and if one can't leave these items in a safe, it is dangerous! There is no air-conditioning, but there are fans. Unfortunately, in the heat of summer, I would think it would be sweltering. One more thing - don't be fooled by the apparent opulence of the neighbourhood. We were robbed at the Shell filling station down the road (on Bath Street). Be vigilant. Be wary at all times. Trust no one.
