3rd time here, perfect location for business and the staff are great! The staff are brilliant and helpful to resolved any issues or question which may arise, I use the gym which is rather small with only one treadmill but mainly it’s free. 3rd time here, perfect location for business and the staff are great! The staff are brilliant and helpful to resolved any issues or question which may arise, I use the gym which is rather small with only one treadmill but mainly it’s free. My only problem is the strict room check in time, coming in from Europe means we generally arrive around lunch time to late morning to Sandton, the hotel policy is 2pm check in which I get. BUT from the 3 times I’ve stayed never once have they been able to accommodate and earlier check reception always tells you to come back at 14:30, I honestly can’t believe they do not have any free rooms before this time, the hotel is MASSIVE! Nearly all other Marriott hotels I stay at can accommodate an early arrival (I’ve even put this on my details on the app before check in). That’s my only gripe and rather minor, still a great stay at this hotel.

Very good service, very comfortable rooms, very clean. There were a lot of guests complaining for really silly reasons, it’s safe, it’s absolutely fine to stay here. It was a busy hotel as they had a conference on. The food is good there, and the gardens are lovely. 2 very small pools, but just r… lisää

Great location close to many amenities and restaurants in the Marc Centre next door. Parking in the shopping centre car park with lift access direct to the hotel. Modern hotel, with nice clean rooms. Can be a long walk if allocated a room right at the back. Good facilities, but really spoiled by… lisää

Great location close to many amenities and restaurants in the Marc Centre next door. Parking in the shopping centre car park with lift access direct to the hotel. Modern hotel, with nice clean rooms. Can be a long walk if allocated a room right at the back. Good facilities, but really spoiled by the location if on business or pleasure. We were having dinner at Saint next door so perfect for us.

“Could not sleep at night due to room being close to generator/extractor”

As a light sleeper, upon checking in, I was assured I was getting a silent room but little did I know that I would be spending sleepless nights there with noise emanating from a generator/ god knows what it is. As a light sleeper, upon checking in, I was assured I was getting a silent room but little did I know that I would be spending sleepless nights there with noise emanating from a generator/ god knows what it is. While overall service is good, the noise from outside has definitely not left a positive impression. Fingers crossed for the remaining nights I have left at this hotel
