Just spent 5 wonderful nights at this property and I was blown away by the level of service provided to us by the staff, from the front desk agents, bartenders to housekeeping and the managing team all were exceptional and made us feel welcome special kudos to Malco Morris who treated us like family and made sure that every little detail was taken care of while we were there.Also special mention to Helen the bartender and Aristide who also contributed to making our stay a memorable one. The hotel is very new so everything is in great shape from the comfortable beds to the pool area which is a cool place to hang out in the afternoon and the bar and lounge where you can get a great drink while you play pool games or pool with friends. Again this is by far the best service I received so far in Honduras when it comes to hotels. We will definitely return!

This relatively new hotel is located in a busy commercial area of San Pedro. While the hotel is within easy walking distance of good restaurants, a supermarket and a shopping mall, it is also a great self-contained place to relax if you are passing through for a day. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe with a comfortable large lobby (including a lounge area, bar, and convenience shop), and a restaurant with good choices on the menu. There is also a very nice gym and a swimming pool and sun deck on the 2nd floor. Rooms are clean, open plan, with good beds, an in room mini fridge, and bathroom areas with a large walk in stall shower and Dry Bar amenities. I would definitely return.

The short version is this recently-opened hotel is a great place to stay. When I checked in one of the managers was helping a new front desk person check me in and was effusive in greeting me. This has the exact same Aloft vibe you'd get at any other location. The room was quiet, bed comfy and a small refrigerator in the room. I was working some long days, so I'm a bit embarrassed to say two of those nights I was too tired to eat at one the restaurants in the neighborhood and ate at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant has a similar limited menu to other Alofts. It's not haute cuisine, but it's much better than eating fast food. Speaking of fast food there is a Popeye's and a Dunkin' Donuts around the corner, if that's your thing. There is a breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs (could have been cooked a little longer IMHO), sausage, beans and fried plantains. There was also a selection of meats a cheese. Not a bad way to start the day. Not sure of the price because I haven't done my expenses yet. After checking in, I was always greeted by name, something I usually experience only at Ritz Carltons. Nice touch. There is a rooftop pool. Saw it from my room, but never had time to visit it. While waiting in the lobby our local contact bumped into the Marriott corporate person who was visiting. She apologized for the staff's learning curve. I'm a lifetime Marriott Reward Platinum member (at least 50 nights a year for 10 years). I know the brand well. This hotel will do just fine. I stayed here for three nights on a work trip that had been previously scheduled in June before this place had opened. I would have stayed at their nearby Intercontinental, which I'm sure would have been fine. That being said, if I visit again, I'd stay here again.
