This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable throughout your entire stay. Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. A nice touch is that they prepare eggs exactly the way you like them. The à la carte dining is also outstanding—delicious food, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. What I love most about this hotel is its unique atmosphere—a perfect blend of lush jungle surroundings, traditional Balinese charm, and modern design. It truly feels like a peaceful escape. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. If you choose a valley view room, you’ll be rewarded with a stunning view of nature. Everything in the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. Overall, this was a perfect stay for me. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali, and I will definitely be coming back again.

This was our third time at Sakti and it did not disappoint. We stayed for five nights. This is a beautiful and well maintained resort with very attentive and helpful staff. Our son left his passport in a local flight and the staff went out of their way to communicate with the airport and the airline (Trans Nusa) to help locate his passport. There was even a staff change as he left it on a late flight and the Sakti staff made sure everyone at reception was aware of the situation so they could continue the search and follow up with us. The rooms are large and beautiful. The entire resort looks and smells like paradise, even the lovely pool area. The food is well prepared and if there is not enough room on the shuttle, they drive a van to accommodate all guests. The only area of improvement could be the addition of one more shuttle going to the Art Market at noon as the current times are 8:30, 3:00, 7:00 and 9:00. However, we easily ordered a “Grab” for leaving outside those times which cost a flat rate of 58,000 (under $5 Cdn) to anywhere in Central Ubud. I’m looking forward to our next stay at Sakti.

“Peaceful garden paradise”

I very much enjoyed my stay at Sakti Garden and Spa Resort. The garden setting was beautiful especially while relaxing at the pool. I very much enjoyed my stay at Sakti Garden and Spa Resort. The garden setting was beautiful especially while relaxing at the pool. My balcony overlooked the jungle of a rushing creek home to Javan Kingfishers, fire flies and many other delightful animals. I loved the spacious room and bathroom both adorned in tasteful Balinese decor. The bed was comfortable and inviting. Housekeeping were great and have an eye for detail. The reception staff were very helpful and happily answered any questions. Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of cuisine to choose from, however my favourite was the Balinese fruits and pancakes. I still miss the heartfelt welcome I received each morning from the lovely manager, Wayan. We also dined in the restaurant, which was peaceful and nourishing after a big day of sightseeing. The menu was awesome and I really enjoyed the crispy duck and sambals. The cocktails were delicious too! Room service was available for any food and beverage and was very quick. Don’t miss the spa experience. Excellent masseuse and quality products. The location is about a 25 minute walk from Ubud Palace, however there is a frequent shuttle bus. Complimentary activities are offered such as a yoga class and rice fields walk. I did the yoga class and the teacher was good. I highly recommend Sakti Garden and Spa and will consider staying again if I return to Ubud, which I hope so.

Sakti Garden exceeded our expectation. The stuff was so kind and always be there for you. The food was deliscious. The room was clean and spacious.
